a technician come out to your site.

You do not pay a one hour minimum.
Remote support requires you to have PC Anywhere,
version 8 or above, loaded and configured on your system. Billing is in 15 minute increments. If you
do not have this program on your system, an
on-site visit is necessary to install and
configure the program. Remote support is
typically for clients with high speed DSL or
cable modems.
